1 - 3 years of customer service and retail experience.Prior knowledge or desire to learn about cannabis products and therapies.Knowledge of or willingness to learn state specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance is required.Must pass any and all background checks required by the state of Illinois.Must meet the age requirement of 21 years of age or older.Other duties as assigned by the Management Team.Perform repetitive tasks including packaging and weighing products before sale along with applying proper stickers to maintain compliance.Verifying proper paperwork, documentation and ID for customers.Adhere to HIPPA guidelines while providing excellent customer service.Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles.Perform correct cash handling and count application procedures.Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system in person and for placing express orders.Greeting customers warmly when they enter the retail environment.Maintain product knowledge and industry knowledge.Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented and compliant with established policies and procedures.Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained.Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting retail store environment.
